A Workout For A Friend (Beginner / Fat Loss / Lean Muscle – The Works!)
Well I got an email (via Facebook – go join my page if you haven’t already) – from a real good friend who I grew up with back in England and who for the early years of my life from 2-17 years of age I lived next door to. My mate is a cool guy, just like you and me – kids, job, work, life…you know the gig ) *if you’ve not got kids, job or a can find work then I’m taking a stab that you’ve at least got a life?
Anyhow. Sometimes we all get caught up in the daily ‘stuff’ and sooner or later find ourselves needing a kick up the butt and a focused workout program to get back on track. Tim asked me if I could sort him out something to get him back on track and ready to really ‘tear it up’ in the gym. So I did these two videos for him – and YOU if you are needing to get back on track.
I say these are beginner workouts but you can adjust the intensity / reps / timing etc and the circuits to give you a real hardcore workout as you progress and if you are needing something just above beginner.
But needless to say these workouts are a good tool for your arsenal. There will be more coming because you can’t just rely on 1 or 2 workouts and I’m desperate to get you all into some serious weight training and resistance work to really build some fat burning lean mass. And YES for the millionth time – that’s for men and women.
SO – check these out, click the video and on my youtube channel you’ll see the list of exercises below the video.
Hope you like them, and Tim – all the best mate
So, put the beer down, pull on some ‘sneakers’ (and some clothes of course) and get into the gym or the garage and begin.
Cheers people,

Tris
